1. With the door in the down position, pull the string to the manual setting.
2. Lift the door (the door should be light enough to stay where you lift it
3. If you can, lift the door all the way up. The door should stay up on its own. So you can pull your car out of the garage if necessary in case of an emergency.
4. If the door doesn't do any of the above steps it is out of balance and needs to be services by us, or the garage door company you use.
5. Return your door back to the opener mode.
6. With the door down, pull the string lightly to put opener back in the opener mode.
7. Lift the door a little until you hear it click into the trolley
